Key Responsibilities

• Student & Market Analysis: Study enrollment trends, student behaviour, and shifting demands for online, hybrid, or traditional degree programs.
• Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor institutions, tuition pricing models, course offerings, and scholarship incentives.
• Research Design: Build and run qualitative and quantitative studies, including student surveys, focus groups, and alumni feedback loops.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data analysis software (SPSS, R, Python, or Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain statistics to non-technical academic leaders.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Data Engineers with a strong foundation in Python programming and hands-on experience working with APIs, AWS cloud, and modern development practices. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in building scalable backend systems and working with big data tools like PySpark.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code.
• Work with Python frameworks such as PySpark for data processing.
• Design, develop, update, and maintain APIs (RESTful).
