Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Subject Matter Expert also referred to as SME, is a person who has special skills or knowledge on a particular job or topic. An SME is considered an expert on a certain topic – not only educated on the subject but has the capacity to share their knowledge with other team members.

Qualification for SME Insurance:

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain
3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
4. English: Fluent

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

WordPress: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and responsive websites using WordPress. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with our goal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional websites while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress functionalities to meet specific project requirements.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues and implement timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Designing and implementing software systems

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and taking of product end to-end: defining scope, developing requirements and product launch.

• Analysing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering and user requirements in depth
