Strong in Graphic Designer (Lifestyle / Wellness / Consumer Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+years of experience as a Graphic Designer working on lifestyle, wellness, skincare, or consumer-facing brands, ideally in in-house teams or startups.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing end-to-end creative assets across social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working in fast-moving, content-driven environments with multiple concurrent deliverables and tight deadlines.

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong design fundamentals — layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Ability to independently manage timelines, deliver high-quality work, and iterate based on feedback with maturity.

Mandatory (Skill 3): Proficiency in design tools — Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro; ability to create motion graphics or video assets is a plus.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must showcase 2+ completed projects or campaigns demonstrating clarity, restraint, brand consistency, and problem-solving approach in visual communication.

• Past experience in working with any product start-up is a plus.
• Proficiency in fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and others.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express (recommended).
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Understanding of REST Services.
• Experience with Redis.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Proficient understanding of serverless programming.

As the expectation from the candidate would be to develop, architect and work with different stakeholders in the organization, most of the skillset mentioned below is a must have.

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Full Stack Senior Developer/Architect with extensive knowledge in, at least 2 programming language such as JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, Go etc.
• Experience in any one of the Frontend JavaScript frameworks; ReactJS, Angular, VueJS.
• Experience in building and managing scalable high availability RESTful services using frameworks like NodeJS, .NET Core etc.
• Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies like SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB etc.
• Extensive experience in web fundamentals like HTML 5 and CSS 3.
• Should have understanding of Containerisation with Kubernetes or Docker.
• Familiar with Test Driven Development and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Experience in different AWS Cloud Services like ECS, EKS, S3, EC2 etc is good to have.
• Working knowledge of source code repository Git.
• Understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
