Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with 2–5 years of experience, preferably from the travel industry. The candidate should have strong exposure to refund processing, accounting entries, and financial coordination, and will be responsible for managing corporate/B2B accounts while ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and compliance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service corporate/B2B travel accounts
- Handle end-to-end travel bookings: air tickets, hotels, visas, and holiday packages
- Process refunds, cancellations, and re-issuance in coordination with airlines and vendors
- Prepare and post journal entries related to sales, refunds, and adjustments
- Monitor and manage cash flow for travel transactions
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and ledgers
- Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely closure of transactions
- Resolve client queries related to bookings, payments, and refunds
