Invesco is seeking a skilled React.js Developer with a strong background in data analytics to join our team. The Engineer within the Enterprise Risk function will manage complex data engineering, analysis, and programming tasks in support of the execution of the Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit activities and projects as defined by the Enterprise Risk Analytics leadership team. The Engineer will manage and streamline data extraction, transformation, and load processes, design use cases, analyze data, and apply creativity and data science techniques to deliver effective and efficient solutions enabling greater risk intelligence and insights.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Acquire, transform, and manage data supporting risk and control-related activities

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, software development or data-related risk management roles; previous experience in programming will be considered.

We’re a fast-moving product startup building at the intersection of design and AI, and we need a frontend engineer who brings both craft and conviction to

what they ship.

What We Look For First

Before anything else, we review your work. This is how we assess every candidate:

• GitHub profile — active, with real production repositories. We look at commit consistency, code architecture, folder structure, and how you make decisions under constraints. Boilerplate clones and tutorial repos do not count.
• Live deployed projects — at minimum two publicly accessible web applications. We open them in the browser, resize the window, throttle the connection, and interact with them. We are evaluating visual polish, responsiveness, interaction quality, accessibility, and performance — not just whether it loads.
• UI/UX taste — we will form an opinion on your design sensibility from your live work before we speak to you. If your interfaces feel generic, unfinished, or visually careless, that is signal.

The Role

This is a full-ownership frontend role at an early-stage AI startup. What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of production-grade frontend development — not freelance experiments or internal tools no one uses. Real products, real users, real traffic.
