The prospective candidate will be a key pillar standing between business and customers, translating data findings, challenges and processes into data driven product features. S/He will work on a daily basis in a skilled and awesome cross-functional team that will be developing and maintaining the product. S/He will assist the Product Owners and Mobile app business by interpreting internal and external data, providing insights and analytical support to drive customer acquisition, retention, business process, product marketing, on-going and new initiative decisions. - Own the overall design and support of the BI technology environment, including information acquisition, management, warehousing and delivery solutions.
- Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of business information.
- Setting up & monitoring the Mobile app KPIs to increase the usage and customer engagement
- Configuring analytical solutions (e.g. Google Analytics) & analyzing insights to support the mobile app product and business strategy
- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
1. Edit and produce best quality videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, tutorials, and social media content.
2. Implement motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to enhance video quality.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that aligns with the brand and business objectives.
4. SOFTWARES: Premier Pro, After Effects
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive and visually appealing final product, including cutting and trimming scenes, rearranging sequences, and adding transitions.
- Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects to enhance the video’s narrative and visual appeal.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
2.Special Effects and Graphics:
- Add special effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance video storytelling and visual appeal.
- Create or incorporate pre-existing graphics, such as lower thirds, titles, and credits, into the video.
3.Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the director, producers, and other team members to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions for improving the video’s narrative and visual style.
- Communicate regularly with the production team to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Color Correction and Grading:
- Perform color correction to ensure consistency and accuracy across all scenes.
- Apply color grading techniques to create the desired mood and atmosphere in the video.
4.File Management and Archiving:
- Organize and manage digital video files, ensuring proper naming conventions and storage for easy retrieval.
- Archive completed projects in an organized manner for future reference or reuse.
5.Quality Control:
- Review final videos to ensure they meet technical standards for broadcasting, including resolution, aspect ratio, and audio quality.
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or stakeholders.
6.Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and techniques.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance video editing skills and keep up with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual composition and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of color correction and audio editing is a plus.

6-8 years of hands-on software development and deployment experience (experience of
working in a consumer product startup during its growth phase will be a plus) of which 1 – 2
years of experience would be in leading a team of software developers.
Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot is a must
Good experience in messaging platforms like RabbitMQ/Kafka
Good experience in distributed systems and relational & NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL,
MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.
Expertise in one or more of: Python, NodeJS, GoLang would be preferred
Must have hands on experience in products which handle multiple concurrent calls (API),
handle CPU intensive jobs, consist of multiple asynchronous system calls.
Worked on microservices based architecture and design
Managed/ Owned infrastructure on AWS/Microsoft Azure/private clouds and setup high
availability systems
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, caching concepts, the HTTP protocol and general web
architecture
