REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

POSITION REPORTS TO: MEDICAL TEAM LEAD 

DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS 

POSITION LOCATION: VADODARA, INDIA 

POSITION SUMMARY 

The role will be to review and verify large volumes of patient's full medical records with precision, perform clinical reviews as defined by the specific review methodologies and prepare a detailed report that includes chronologies and timelines,summaries, masstort matrix andmedical opinions on case validity and valuation. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

o Analyzing and summarizing medical records for pre and postsettlement projects. o Interpreting clinical data in terms of medical terminology and diagnosis. 

o Adhering to company policies/ARCHER principles and hence taking good care of Archer culture

. o Adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) all the time. 

o Daily reporting to Medical team lead for productivity & quality 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Technical Skills: 

o Knowledge of basic level of health care data analysis and clinical review. 

o Sound knowledge of medical terminology, assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine. 

o Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel. 

Interpersonal Skills: 

o Ability to perform well in a team environment, with staff at all levels, to achieve business goals. 

o Ability to function under pressure and with deadline-oriented project demands as well as manage multiple initiatives. 

o Team player and motivated self-starter.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

o MBBS graduate (No experience required) 

o BHMS/BAMS graduate (Minimum 2 years of experience with Claims Processing in the Insurance sector).  

ADDITIONAL SKILLS 

o HIPPA, Critical thinking, Basic understanding of US culture, Basic understanding of organization culture and behavior.

Job Description for Live Medical Scribe

Job Profile

• Position: Live Medical Scribe
• Location: Mohali, Punjab
• Job Mode and Type: On-site, Full-time
• Shift Timings: Night Shift ( US Time Zones)

Job Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians virtually in real time during patient visits to document patient-provider interactions directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Record dictated patient history, physical examination, review of systems, and other relevant medical information during live encounters
• Update and maintain accurate patient health records, including lab results, imaging, and follow-up documentation
• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians prior to and during patient appointments
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA and healthcare facility policies
• Monitor and document test results, referrals, and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider
• Facilitate real-time communication between provider and patient, ensuring all notes and orders are accurately captured
• Support providers in improving workflow efficiency and reducing administrative burden
• No transcription of recorded audio; all documentation is performed live during patient encounters
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support provider productivity

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live medical scribing (not transcription or recorded scribing)
• Excellent English communication skills; US accent preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (60+ words per minute preferred)
• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) and medical documentation software
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflow
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, live clinical environment
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pre-med, life sciences, or related field preferred

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

✓ Call Patients on the assigned accounts to understand when Payments on the outstanding amount will be made.
✓ Follow-up with patients on overdue accounts.
✓ Create weekly/monthly collection reports to gauge the progress made.
✓ Respond to Patient queries in a timely and professional manner.
✓ Raise exceptions wherever required for the client/supervisor to review before taking any final decision
✓ Follow the Training Manual and what was taught during training sessions to avoid unnecessary errors Requirements:
✓ Should be able to empathize with Patients, active listeners, and should be able to facilitate in providing solutions
✓ Detail orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✓ Should be a quick learner with the ability to learn new tools.

• Tie up with Pharmacies for execution of customer orders   
• Get company agreement signed by pharmacies in specified timelines.  
• Train Pharmacies on the process for receiving, processing and execution of App orders  
• Coordinate with call centre team for resolving execution issues of partner pharmacies  
• Manage payment settlement with partner pharmacies  

• Ensure timely submission of reports by partner pharmacies like GMV, product wise sale report, etc.
