Job Description

• Set up and operate production machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operations and quality output.
• Make basic machine adjustments when required and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and minor maintenance of machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records and update daily logs accurately.

• 8+ years’ experience in these three functional areas.
• Demonstrated track record of winning deals.
• Knowledge of IT Services vendors in the competitive landscape, with a deep knowledge of 1-2 vendors Solutioning and go to market approach.
• Exceptional data analysis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to communicate at the Executive level.
• Deep MS Excel skills.
• BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and user needs
• Create user personas, journey maps, and various other design artifacts
• Create prototypes of varying fidelity
• Communicate design solutions to key stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics related to user experience
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts

Skills and Requirements

• Experienced with 1.5+ years in Product Design/UX roles.
• Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio
• Experience in designing mobile and web applications
• Experience in understanding and mapping complex user journeys
• Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma/Sketch
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work well with remote, cross-functional teams
• Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative.

Qualifications:

• BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields

• 2+ years of front end development experience

• High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach.

• Experience in Angular/React Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML5, Bulma etc

• Experience with developing rich dynamic front end applications using Angular and CSS frameworks like BulmaCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular, AngularJS

Required Skills :

• 4-6 years of overall software development experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with support of high-availability, high-performance, customer-facing web applications
• Expert in configuring and deploying multiple rails applications quickly
• Experience with collaborative code development in small agile teams and managing releases (Git, Continuous Integration, Capistrano)
• Experience building internal and external APIs and RESTful web services
• Strong foundation in Database ( SQL / Postgres )
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud-based infrastructure (Heroku/AWS)
