Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary: Competitive, with commission opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads.
• Research and collect client data from various online sources.
• Identify potential clients from the internet and social media platforms.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Report on sales progress and client interactions to the management team.

Qualifications:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, especially in AWS EC2 environments.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master).
