Role Overview:
As an Operations Manager at MathonGo, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across teams, managing processes, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the product, content, academic, customer support, and marketing teams to build scalable systems and deliver a high-quality experience to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and streamline internal workflows across various departments
- Track daily operations, flag bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Coordinate between academic, tech, and content teams to align on weekly and monthly goals
- Manage student lifecycle operations – from onboarding to feedback and retention
- Implement systems to monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and overall execution quality
- Support product launches, course releases, and test series coordination
- Optimize support processes and drive student experience improvements
- Hire, train, and manage junior ops/support staff when needed

This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

- Figma should be core to your toolbox. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. (Keynote, Google Docs, and other basic skills are a requirement)
- Strong experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts, and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
- Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, customer journey mapping, user testing and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs. Successful track record working within interdisciplinary teams in creating great products knowledge of service design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
