Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with minimum 3 Project implementations experience.

·        Field Service Lightning(FSL) Experience (Work Orders, Service Appointments etc.)

·        Experience with Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud (preferably both Partner and Customer Community experience)

·        Strong communication skills; will be expected to express platform knowledge frequently

·        Strong back-end development experience. Triggers, Trigger frameworks, Apex, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, Soql, Webservices, implementing best practices etc

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce order of execution

Job Responsibilities:

Provide basic IT support for daily office operations

Perform data entry and maintain system records accurately

Assist in managing computers, printers, and other IT equipment

Support users with basic software, email, and system-related issues

Maintain IT-related documents, files, and reports

Ensure proper data backup and basic system maintenance
