Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with minimum 3 Project implementations experience.

·        Field Service Lightning(FSL) Experience (Work Orders, Service Appointments etc.)

·        Experience with Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud (preferably both Partner and Customer Community experience)

·        Strong communication skills; will be expected to express platform knowledge frequently

·        Strong back-end development experience. Triggers, Trigger frameworks, Apex, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, Soql, Webservices, implementing best practices etc

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce order of execution

Job description:

A.Administration:

• Coordination with all the departments as per the requirement

• Contacting Students if there are any changes in their Lecture Schedule

• Follow-up calls to Students regarding the PDCs (Post-dated Cheque), missed lectures EMIs, etc.

• Exams: Supervising In-house Theory Exams and Practical exams/pre-requisite calls to students for remote exams

• Banking: Cash deposition/Cheque deposition

• Administer the distribution and collection of lockers for staffs and students

• School Stock: Printing item, Toiletry and Stationery

B.Reception:

• Responsible for welcoming students/visitors/staffs at the school

• Responsible for handling incoming calls 

• Managing the school notice board and organizing classrooms

• Maintaining attendance of students and staffs

• Checking the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire school

C.Cash Management:

• Handling Petty Cash of School

• Preparing Payment vouchers and coordination the same with the Accounts Team
