High Availability (HA), Device Clustering, Sync Groups

Traffic management and application performance optimization

TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Load Balancing concepts

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex application delivery issues

Role Summary:

Provide technical support for Airbus' network security operations and projects. Help manage incidents, troubleshoot problems, and improve operational performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues (incidents/problems)

•                    Work with users and technical teams for issue resolution

•                    Support security operations tools and processes

•                    Track project deliverables and service KPIs

•                    Assist in documentation and quality reviews

•                    Use ServiceNow for issue tracking and follow-up

•                    Collaborating with Tech Specialists on ongoing projects

•                    Support service delivery and ensure SLAs are met

•                    Coordinate upgrades and support infrastructure changes

Technical Skills Required:

•                    Must-have tools: Palo Alto (firewalls)

•                    F5 (load balancers)

•                    Netskope (cloud security)

•                    Proxy & other infrastructure security tools

•                     

•                    Additional skills: Service management experience (incident, change, problem management)

•                    Good communication skills

•                    Experience with network security monitoring and performance tools
