About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive with strong exposure to the GCC B2B market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating qualified leads, building prospect lists, executing multi-channel outreach, and supporting enterprise sales teams across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Women professionals with relevant GCC sales experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and build high-quality prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Generate leads across priority sectors (Government, Oil & Gas, Banking, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Logistics).
• Segment leads based on ICP, decision-maker roles (L&D, HR, CXOs), and industry verticals.

Outbound Outreach

• Execute cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up sequences.
• Personalize communication based on GCC buyer behavior and cultural norms.
• Maintain 3–5 touchpoint sequences across 2–3 weeks.

Qualification

• Qualify leads using BANT / MEDDIC frameworks.
• Understand prospect pain points and present value-driven solutions.

CRM & Reporting

• Update CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) in real-time.
• Track metrics: lead-to-meeting ratio, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and pipeline quality.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales roles.
• Strong understanding of GCC market behavior, hierarchy, and buyer communication styles.
• Proven experience generating leads for Enterprise B2B / SaaS / Training / Service-based industries.
• Excellent communication skills—email writing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers (HR Directors, L&D Heads, CXOs).
• Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in computer science

Min 1-3 years of experience in Python and backend technology

Development experience with programming languages like C/C++, Erlang, Elixir.

Familiarity with Playwright or other browser application testing frameworks is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming and principles is required.

Extensive knowledge of AWS services is essential.

Strong expertise in REST API testing and SQL is required.

A solid understanding of testing and development life cycle methodologies is necessary.

Knowledge of the financial industry and trading systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for iOS applications
