We're seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead to oversee both frontend and backend teams for a production-ready enterprise project. You should possess strong managerial skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy products aligned with our vision and strategy. Your leadership will be key in driving product success from conception to launch, ensuring they meet business objectives and user expectations.

Experience: 7+ Year

Working Time: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor developers: Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Define project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Architect scalable solutions: Design systems for both frontend and backend that are maintainable.
• Drive engineering best practices: Implement coding standards and processes.
• Define product features: Prioritize requirements and set sprint goals.
• Collaborate with developers: Ensure accurate implementation of product features.
• Analyse data: Validate product goals and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Track project progress: Ensure timely delivery of features.
• Test and accept product features: Based on user stories.
• Coordinate product releases: Manage launch activities.
• Translate user feedback: Convert insights into actionable enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Nice to have: Experience in building a product from concept to launch.
• Proven experience in software development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB Atlas, AWS S3, Weaviate Vector Database, and graph databases.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ReactJS, Next JS, Material UI, and React Query.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, VPC) is highly desirable.

•  5-10 years of experience in building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks
• Expert level understanding of NodeJS asynchronous runtime
• Expert level understanding of Javascript concepts on callbacks and closures
• Experience with Postgres, NoSQL, Redis, and Firebase real-time database
• Experience with AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, Cloudfront, S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, etc
• Understanding of patterns and techniques for building scalable back-end infrastructure including caching, rate limiting, authentication, and authorization schemes.
• Experience in building highly scalable and high throughput services with millisecond response times
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and pick up new technology along with patience to mentor
