Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for IT and software implementation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder assessments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management Strategies and Roadmaps.
• Drive user and business adoption of new software, digital platforms, applications, and technology solutions.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Business Analysts, Technology Teams, and business stakeholders.
• Identify change risks, resistance points, adoption barriers, and define mitigation strategies.
• Develop communication, training, engagement, and adoption plans.
• Track and measure adoption, readiness, engagement, and change effectiveness.
• Support Business Transformation and Digital Transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, awareness sessions, and change-readiness activities.
• Develop change-related documentation, impact matrices, stakeholder maps, training requirements, and progress reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to change workstreams across multiple technology projects.
• Ensure change initiatives align with project objectives, business requirements, and organizational goals.
