We are looking for a React JS/React-Native developer interested in building performant and pixel-perfect web applications. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both web and mobile platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—ReactJS moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Build and deliver features end to end. (frontend and backend)

Skills

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Understanding of Firebase cloud functions, firestore and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like (Jest or Mocha)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a product-based software development company and should have hands-on involvement in e-commerce platform projects.

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidate must be currently working or have prior experience in a product-based software development company
• Candidate must have worked on at least one e-commerce platform project (end-to-end involvement)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, reusable front-end components
• Optimize components for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate front-end components with backend RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Required Skills

As Senior Front-End Developer at Meetmo, you'll be responsible for designing(converting from Figma to React UI; matching the UI design same as given in Figma by our customers), and maintaining web applications. You'll work with the development team, as well as UX/UI designers. You'll work closely with our back-end and full-stack developers to deliver consistent and reliable web experience. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers and to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers. • Design and implementation of the frontend applications and Mobile apps
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Break features into simpler granular tasks, estimate effort required, and identify dependencies
• Work with Analyst and back end developers to deliver a seamless user experience
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with good test coverage
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability

Expected Qualifications and Key Skills

• BSc or B.E in Computer Science / Engineering from a tier-1 college in India or abroad
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, AJAX, and general web standards
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
