Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience who can work on both frontend and backend systems to build scalable platforms, dashboards, and APIs.
The candidate will be involved in developing data-heavy applications, dashboards, and mobile-integrated platforms used by government bodies, NGOs, and enterprises.
This role requires someone who understands modern web technologies, API architecture, database design, and production deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain web applications, dashboards, and portals.
- Build REST APIs and backend services for mobile and web applications.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.
- Develop scalable features for large-scale data collection and analytics platforms.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive interfaces using:
- React.js / Next.js
- HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Build admin dashboards, analytics views, and data visualization components.
- Optimize frontend performance and responsiveness.
Backend Development
- Develop backend APIs using:
- Node.js
- Express.js / NestJS
- Design and implement secure and scalable APIs.
- Integrate external services such as:
- Email services
- Payment gateways
- Third-party APIs
- Government services APIs
Database Development
- Design and manage databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- MySQL
- Write optimized queries and manage data structures.
- Work with large datasets such as data collected from field surveys and analytics platforms.
Integration with Mobile Applications
- Build APIs used by Flutter mobile applications.
- Ensure API performance and reliability for field applications.
DevOps & Deployment
- Assist in deployment and maintenance of applications on:
- AWS
- Vercel
- Firebase
- Work with tools like:
- Docker (basic)
- GitHub
- CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with React.js / Next.js
- Backend experience with Node.js
- Experience with REST API integration
- Knowledge of JSON parsing and data models
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases
- Basic knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience using Git & GitHub
- Understanding of MVC / Clean Architecture principles
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
