Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into qualified opportunities through outreach, communication, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and B2B databases (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.)
 - Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and calls to generate interest.
 - Qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile and buying intent.
 - Maintain and update lead lists and activity in Google Sheets.
 - Schedule discovery meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
 - Present company offerings confidently and handle objections.
