About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Development

Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and acquire high-value clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and excellent

knowledge of BTL, events, media sales, and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Lead Generation & Business Development

 Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential leads into long-term partnerships through

networking, market research, and outreach.

 Develop and execute strategies to acquire clients for BTL campaigns, events, media,

and digital marketing solutions.

 Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting, pitching, and proposal creation to

closing deals.

Market Research & Growth Strategy

 Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies,

and client requirements.

 Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share

and achieve revenue targets.

 Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and collaborations to drive

growth.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

 Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

across industries.

 Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that align with client goals.

 Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic

recommendations.

Sales Reporting & Performance Management

 Track and manage sales performance using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting

of opportunities, pipelines, and results.

 Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare and present performance reports to the leadership team.

Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution

 Work with strategic, creative, and operational teams to deliver innovative and high-

quality solutions for clients.

 Support campaign execution across BTL activations, digital marketing initiatives,

events, and media solutions.

What We’re Looking For

 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in Brand solutions, BTL

activations, events, media sales, or digital marketing etc.

• Provide cybersecurity consulting services to various clients of Crossbow Labs.

• Conduct interviews with clients, review client documents for compliance, write compliance reports, and prepare and deliver briefings.

• Travel to client locations to assess and validate physical and technical controls necessary to maintain compliance.

• Review network architecture, hardening of multiple operating systems, malware protection, IDS/IPS, IT controls, network and system monitoring, and protection methods.

• Work closely with clients to assess their IT security posture, identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in relation to the PCI-DSS security framework, ISO, and other compliance standards.

• Develop compliance procedures and documentation for the PCI program.

• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on PCI DSS and other cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of networks, servers, workstations, and applications.

• Proficiency in the PCI DSS v3.2.1 and PCI DSS v4.0 security standard.

• Good comprehension of the ISO 27001 standard.

• Ability to conduct Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) reviews.

• Capability to perform network architecture reviews.

• Capability to perform system configuration reviews for operating systems (Windows & Linux), servers, databases, routers/switches, and firewalls.

• Ability to conduct firewall/network rules reviews.

• Ability to conduct application architecture reviews, review application security controls, and perform application code reviews.

• Familiarity with cloud-based hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Strong team collaboration skills and client relationship management.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments to meet delivery obligations.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with current news and trends in the cybersecurity space.

Education Qualification

BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc – Computers Science / B.Sc - Information Security / M.Sc – Information Security.

Certifications (Preferred)

PCI QSA / ISO 27001 / CISSP / CISM / CISA

• At least 5 year of experience in Cloud technologies-AWS and Azure and developing. 
• Experience in implementing DevOps practices and DevOps-tools in areas like CI/CD using Jenkins environment automation, and release automation, virtualization, infra as a code or metrics tracking.
• Hands on experience in DevOps tools configuration in different environments.
• Strong knowledge of working with DevOps design patterns, processes and best practices
• Hand-on experience in Setting up Build pipelines.
• Prior working experience in system administration or architecture in Windows or Linux.
• Must have experience in GIT (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab)
• Hands-on experience on Jenkins pipeline scripting.
• Hands-on knowledge in one scripting language (Nant, Perl, Python, Shell or PowerShell)
• Configuration level skills in tools like SonarQube (or similar tools) and Artifactory.
• Expertise on Virtual Infrastructure (VMWare or VirtualBox or QEMU or KVM or Vagrant) and environment automation/provisioning using SaltStack/Ansible/Puppet/Chef
• Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing Azure cloud based production systems including monitoring capacity.
• Good to have experience in migrating code repositories from one source control to another.
• Hands-on experience in Docker container and orchestration based deployments like Kubernetes, Service Fabric, Docker swarm.
• Must have good communication skills and problem solving skills

- Very good experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.

- Minimum 3+ Years of web application development using HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.

- Experience in development of Angular 2/4/6.

- Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors SASS and LESS

- Good in UML, OOPS, design principles and patterns, architectural trends and data modeling.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated software development experience preferably with a functional language. Bonus if you already know Clojure or Go
• Full-stack development experience, possibly with a bias towards either front-end or backend development

• Prior experience in RESTful API use, implementation, or design
• Experience with a relational data store, PostgreSQL is a bonus
