Key Responsibilities:

Billing Responsibilities: 

Generate accurate invoices for customers/clients based on purchase orders or service completion. 

Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up of invoices. 

Maintain billing records and update client accounts regularly 

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for billing inputs. 

Address billing queries and resolve discrepancies. 

Banking & Transaction Responsibilities: 

Handle daily bank transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and online transfers. 

Prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly. 

Track incoming and outgoing payments and ensure timely clearance. 

Maintain updated records of all banking activities. 

Assist in preparing cash flow and fund requirement reports. 

General:

Maintain confidentiality of financial data. 

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. 

• Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of campaign and program execution via MailChimp, Iterable and work with the analytics team to refine ongoing performance metrics and reporting.
• Assist the team in defining strategies for database segmentation, lead scoring, batch, nurture and trigger campaign frameworks, and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to develop, refine and enforce best-practice processes for email.

Qualifications:

• Ability to generate email HTML on a CMS platform.
• 1+ year experience in email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Iterable
• Experience in creating segments and sending emails to the customers on the segments.

Preferences:

• Experience in reporting to build main performance reports
• Working knowledge of SQL, CSS, HTML

Role: Sr. Frontend Developer

What we Require

• To convert our existing web application into a micro front-end architecture. The ideal candidate should have experience in AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX, and SCSS. Exposure to socket integration, mqtt integration would be a plus.
• Identify our existing web application’s different components and modules. Separate them into independent micro front-ends.
• Develop and maintain micro front-ends using AngularJS, ReactJS, MobX and SCSS
• Implement and configure Module Federation in Webpack 5 to share components between micro front-ends.
• Optimize micro front-ends for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.

- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for UI/ API, based on project requirements.

- Write and execute automated tests using JavaScript with Cypress or Playwright.

- Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure complete test coverage.

- Identify and document defects, and work closely with developers to resolve them.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of the codebase.

- Maintain and update test documentation as necessary.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

- Continuously improve the testing process and suggest process enhancements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in software testing.

- Proficiency in writing test scripts using JavaScript.

- Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Eagerness to work from the office in Hyderabad.
