We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Learning and Development to lead, design, and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role involves overseeing all learning initiatives, enhancing employee skills, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications by understanding the project requirements.

·      Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

·      Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

·      Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

·      Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

·      Work as a part of agile team by collaborating with the software team.

Eligibility:

·      3 to 7 years of total experience required.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skill

·      Proficient in C#

·      Proficient in OOPS concepts

·      Proficient in MVC.

·      Proficient in ASP.NET Core 3.1, .Net 5.0

·      Proficient in Angular Or react JS

·      Entity Framework 6 and EF Core

·      Microsoft SQL Server

·      Modern web development with HTML5 and CSS

·      Experience in WebAPI

·      Unit and integration testing with MS Unit or NUnit

·      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

·      Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

·      Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

·      Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

·      Experience with Agile development using SCRUM methodology.

·      Individual contributor and ability to perform with minimum guidance.

·      Sound knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.

·      Experience in RESTful services

·      Experience in Azure

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone.

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Shift Timing: 1pm-9.30pm (UK)

8pm-5am (US)

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.

• Create high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML5.
• Conducting website performance and usability tests.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the website.
• Meeting publication deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass and Less.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other graphic design and layout tools.

• Can work independently on the Android Development platform
• Must have knowledge of both Java and Kotlin
• Good understanding of Architecture such as MVVM and MVP.
• Must have at least 3 Good quality Android apps in the portfolio to showcase
