Sr. Dot Net Developer

Minimum requirements

5+ years of industry software engineering experience (does not include internships nor includes co-ops)

Strong coding skills in any programming language (we understand new languages can be learned on the job so our interview process is language agnostic)

Strong collaboration skills, can work across workstreams within your team and contribute to your peers’ success

Have the ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and think of yourself as entrepreneurial

Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight both internal and external users

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale financial tracking systems

Good understanding and practical knowledge in cloud based services (e.g. gRPC, GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud services such as AWS, etc.)

• This role will be responsible for building, reviewing, deploying and maintaining the software solutions.
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Development experience in the CHATWOOT (https://www.chatwoot.com/) and other omnichannel tools.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

·        Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer

• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

·        Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery

·        Experience developing highly interactive applications

·        A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design

·        Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code

·        Good knowledge of relational databases

·        Working knowledge of NoSQL databases

•  Development using .net core
•  Requirement understanding and getting on client calls
•  Work closely with the nearshore developer
•  Perform code reviews and unit testing as planned
•  Participate in peer reviews.

•  Strong knowledge on C#, .net core 5 and Entity Framework
•  Knowledge on PostgreSQL
•  Web API, building Microsoft .NET-based web or Enterprise applications
•  Experience in building and consuming Asp.NET MVC & Web API or REST API  using 
• jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Asp.net Web Services.

•  Knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes
•  Knowledge on AutoMapper

• ​Expertise in design principles and their application
