Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers. The role includes explaining products or services, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
