Core Responsibilities:

·      Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the required curriculum, covering reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

·      Language Fundamentals: Instruct students on grammar rules, composition, sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

·      Literature & Critical Thinking: Expose students to various forms of literature and guide them in analyzing texts, identifying themes, and developing critical thinking skills.

·      Assessment & Feedback: Create, administer, and grade assignments, homework, and exams to assess student progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support learning and improvement.

·      Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues to discuss student performance and needs. Participate in staff meetings and professional development.

·      Individualized Support: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs, including those with special educational needs or English as a second language (ESL/EAL). 

English Expo" Responsibilities

A teacher involved in an "English Expo" or similar extracurricular event would likely have the following additional duties: 

·      Event Planning: Coordinate and plan the logistics of the expo, which might involve themes, schedules, and required materials.

·      Student Supervision & Guidance: Supervise students in their preparation for the event, such as projects, presentations, or performances.

·      Promotion & Displays: Promote the event and help organize displays of student work to celebrate achievements publicly.

·      Collaboration: Work with other teachers, administrators, and potentially community members to ensure the event's success.

·      Activity Design: Design specific activities or competitions for the expo that enhance English skills in a practical, engaging manner (e.g., spelling bees, debate contests, creative writing showcases). 

Key Skills and Qualifications

·      A bachelor's degree in English or Education (a master's degree is a plus).

·      Relevant teaching certification or license.

·      Strong command of the English language and literature expertise.

What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.

You will be in charge of building the Financial platform team from scratch. This team will be responsible for covering “Revenue cycle management” and “Money movement” product areas.

Your first 90 days

• Your first two weeks will focus on onboarding. You'll work on small coding tasks to learn our tech stack, system architecture, and medical domain basics.
• Next month, you will collaborate with the Product Manager to develop a comprehensive team roadmap and initiate the recruitment process for essential team members.
• By the end of your third month, you'll have a common managerial routine, including team rituals, one-on-one meetings, planning for future product cycles, and active participation in management team initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hiring great talent and adjusting hiring process to meet team’s needs.
• Planning together with the team a roadmap for product cycles.
• Manage, coach, and support engineering team. Coaching and growing engineers to the point where they can take large, loosely defined projects, and deliver them with little intervention.
• Providing feedback on product and technical specs to help engineers identify where to cut scope or improve quality.
• Fixing small bugs or doing small improvements to our tech stack while staying off the critical path.
• Communicate team goals and ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• At least 12+ years experience in Software development roles
• 3+ years' experience as Engineering manager.
• 5+ years experience as Lead Engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NoSQL and Cloud
• Self motivated , thought leader with proven Engineering leadership skills
• US Health care domain expertise is preferred
• Fintech and exposure to payment gateway systems will be added advantage

• Build and manage predictive models focussed on credit risk, fraud, conversions, churn, consumer behaviour etc

• 4+ years of experience in data science roles focussed on managing data processes, modelling and dashboarding
• Strong experience in python, SQL and in-depth understanding of modelling techniques
• Experience working with Pandas, scikit learn, visualization libraries like plotly, bokeh etc.
• Prior experience with credit risk modelling will be preferred
• Deep Knowledge of Python to write scripts to manipulate data and generate automated  reports
