Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for technology and non-technology roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to find suitable candidates and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and team leads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined recruitment process.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified professionals by developing relationships with potential candidates for future roles.

Required Skills:

• Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the technology domain.
• Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), professional networking platforms, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and candidates effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Proven track record of hiring for tech and non-tech roles in a competitive market.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The role involves building and customizing service-oriented applications, implementing complex business logic using Apex, and creating responsive, high-performance user interfaces with LWC. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensures code quality through best practices and reviews, and integrates Salesforce with external systems via APIs. Additionally, they troubleshoot issues, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, security, and user experience within the Service Cloud environment.

Hardware Engineering

• Design and optimize airframes (multi-rotor, fixed-wing, hybrid) using lightweight composites and advanced aerodynamics.
• Develop and integrate propulsion systems, payload modules, batteries, and custom PCBs.
• Implement sensor fusion systems (LiDAR, GPS, cameras, IMUs, radar, RF) for navigation and mapping.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental standards.

Hardware Engineers

• B.E./M.E. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, or Robotics.
• 3 - 5+ years in UAV/robotics design and prototyping.
• Strong CAD & simulation skills (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS).
• Hands-on experience with avionics, PCBs, propulsion, RF, and power systems.

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and entries.

Assist in invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

Support GST, TDS, and tax filing activities.

Contribute to monthly closings and reporting.

Work with internal and external teams for smooth financial operations.

What You’ll Need:

Basic knowledge of accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.

Strong command of MS Excel and documentation.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured finance environment.

Good communication and time management skills.

• We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our client as Application/Production Support Analyst supporting banking systems and applications.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years of experience providing support to business systems and applications in banking or financial service sectors;
• Possesses good knowledge on Site Reliability Engineering best practices and experience adhering to Site Reliability Engineering guidelines in the work;
• Able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and routes to appropriate escalation groups;
• Good analytical skills with excellent communication; 
• Good in understanding internal processes and resolving issues;
• Should have keen interest in providing high service quality and familiar with the demand of a 24×7 support environment.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior experience in the banking industry;
• Experience in application implementation projects in financial institutions would be a great advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support;
• Responsible for health-check, continuous L1 and L2 support and rectification for mission critical Web-based applications; 
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation;
• Handle Incident and Problem management;
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders and communicate application problems and issues;
• Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues or escalate to application managers and the management team;
• Involve with onsite and offshore teams across multiple technologies/applications;
• Lead formal and informal Post Event Problem Reviews;
• Actively involved in Continuous improvement of the system such as removal of TOIL, job automation, performance, tuning;
• Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput, user journeys and overall system health.
