About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can move fluidly between polished, luxury-grade brand content and fast, scroll-stopping creative for performance marketing. You’ll work across fashion, jewellery, décor, beauty, and lifestyle brands — so you need both a refined eye for premium visual language and the instinct for what makes a younger, trend-native audience stop scrolling and click.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video — Reels, ad creatives, motion graphics — that’s built for retention: strong hooks, pacing, and platform-native editing, not just pretty footage

• Create performance-marketing ad creatives (video and static) designed to convert — thumb-stopping openers, clear offer communication, fast cuts — while staying true to each brand’s aesthetic

• Design premium static creatives for social media, websites, and brand collaterals

• Translate brand narratives into visually compelling design using strong typography, layout, and composition

• Maintain a consistent, elevated visual language across a brand’s content while adapting tone for different platforms and audiences

• Stay current on both luxury design trends and fast-moving content/meme/reel trends

• Collaborate with content and strategy teams; manage multiple client projects and timelines at once

Requirements

• 1+ years as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, with video as a core strength

• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands

• Experience creating ad creatives/video edits for D2C performance marketing

• Strong portfolio of original work - include reels/edits, not just static design

Proficiency In

• Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Canva Video Editor

• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.

• Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.

• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.

• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.

• Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.

• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).

• Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

What you'll be doing

Taking over repetitive editing tasks I currently handle myself, following existing video tutorials and SOPs

Producing static image creatives, including AI-generated statics (e.g., with Nano Banana)

Strong technical integration background needed — connecting tools using APIs and webhooks, connect anythign amrketing related (Pixels, CAPI, GTM, Webhook, Zapier)

Working inside our marketing stack: lead-distribution software (e.g., LeadProsper, Leadshook) and funnel builders

This is intermediate integration work — not advanced heavy custom development.

Skills

Required

Technical integration skills: APIs, webhooks, CAPI, GTM, Pixels, and connecting marketing tools, Google spreadsheet (SUPER Important)

Comfort using AI tools to handle technical and coding tasks
