This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee. The trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients. The trainee will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and support the growth of the company.

I Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business rules analysis, metrics & KPI definition, use cases, and other BA tools and techniques as required.
• Works with the Account Management, Strategy, and Executive Leadership teams and clients to determine and develop business requirements for new and existing technical projects.
• Collaborate with the Development/Testing/Support teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Define the Business Case that can further result in Project Charter. Prioritize Requirements independently or in collaboration with Dev Team/Stakeholders using various prioritization techniques. Run a project in SCRUM Mode and write User Stories with every nitty-gritty even to a system level wherever required. Write and manage the scope of Jira and Confluence. Participate in user acceptance testing.
