Job Summary: Identicube LLP is seeking a motivated and creative 3D Generalist Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our experienced animators and designers, contributing to real projects while developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating high-quality 3D animations for various projects, including branding, advertising, and immersive experiences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop animation concepts that align with project objectives.
• Require support throughout the 3D Pipeline including Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation and Rendering.
• Have basic knowledge of 3D Motion Graphics.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
• Apply feedback to improve animations, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Stay updated on the latest animation techniques and tools, contributing fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D animation work, even if it’s from academic projects.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Blender and 3Ds Max.
• Basic understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and movement.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other real-time animation platforms.
• Should have knowledge of environment design, Product Visualization and 3D Motion Graphics.

The Lead UI/UX Designer work with User Experience Designers, Visual Designers, User Researchers, Front End Engineers, Business Analysts, Copywriters, and other Marketers on a regular basis to ensure the full experience of the UI/UX of the website, web application or mobile application is being taken care of.

• Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap and improving the product development process. Lead the team in expanding mastery of the business goals of each design request and pushing back on stakeholders with innovative UX/UI proposals.
• Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product, prioritising feature development and structuring product failures.

 Requirements:

• 6+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of the iOS and Android platforms and experience designing and launching products for both.
• Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
• Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.
• Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
• Experience managing a team of around 6-8 UI/UX designers. Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic company
