This role sits at the centre of lead generation, CRM discipline, sales follow-up, customer coordination, logistics and order-to-cash execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Cold Calling

• Identify, research and qualify new sales leads.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with prospective customers.

• Track lead status and next steps clearly in the CRM.

CRM and Sales Data Management
