REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Programming Languages:
- Strong in Python, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn for ML prototyping.
Machine Learning Frameworks:
- Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, regularization, feature engineering, model selection, cross-validation, ensemble methods (XGBoost, LightGBM).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites.
Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces.
Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.
Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic
and responsive web features.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Bring:

Mandatory Skills:

Required Qualifications
Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions in client environments
Additional experience in one of the following product lines: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt.
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
