Expertise

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – People Operations with strong experience in non-IT hiring, especially Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT). This role is 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can take ownership, and make quick, practical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition (80%)
● End-to-end hiring for Offline Sales roles including:
○ General Trade (GT)
○ Modern Trade (MT)
○ Field Sales, ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors, etc.
● Handle bulk and lateral hiring across levels for FMCG sales teams
● Source candidates through:
○ Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
○ Field hiring, referrals, vendor coordination
● Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with business stakeholders
● Ensure quick closures, high offer-to-joining ratio, and minimal TAT
● Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards
