Job Summary:

The HR Specialist supports HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and promotes a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist with engagement initiatives.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, administer benefits, resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain employee records.
