Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage in relevant conversations.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and SEO-friendly content for blogs, website, email campaigns, etc.
- Optimize content for search engines and ensure it aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Utilize content marketing tools and platforms to distribute content effectively and reach the target audience.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, etc., to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website ranking and driving organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Paid Advertising:
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to optimize ad spend and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience or internship in digital marketing roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid understanding of data collection tools like Flume, Filebeat, Metricbeat, JMX Exporter agents.
- Extensive experience operating and tuning the kafka streaming data platform, specifically as a message queue for big data processing
- Strong understanding and must have experience:
- Apache spark framework, specifically spark core and spark streaming,
