Business Development Executive

We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineering Lead to join our Team. As the Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our mobile app development, focusing on iOS and ReactJS technologies. You will lead a small team of software engineers and work closely with the product and design teams to deliver innovative and high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a passion for startups, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the software development lifecycle
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team members, and regularly assess and review their performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define the technical roadmap for mobile app development projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting with architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem-solving.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications by managing resources, setting realistic project timelines, and resolving any obstacles or bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile app development, iOS, and ReactJS technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage new tools and frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, adopting best practices, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as QA, DevOps, and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of mobile applications.
• Act as a point of contact for technical discussions, representing the team in meetings with stakeholders and upper management.
• Identify and address any technical or performance-related issues, working closely with the team to resolve them and ensure the stability and scalability of the mobile applications.

Position: MIS Executive/Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team that prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key trends & opportunities. 
• Overseeing the collection, storage & management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy & completeness. 
• Identifying & resolving data issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies and built systems to identify and resolve the same. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows & optimize operational efficiency. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to develop and enhance data systems and tools to support business needs. 
• Preparing sales analysis and product analysis reports 
• Generating adhoc Report requirements from Ops, Marketing, Accounting and Training verticals. 
• Verifying the accuracy of inter-store stock transfers  
• Creating & compiling monthly qualitative analysis Report & monthly Customer RFM Analysis. 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably in the F&B industry. 
• Experience in Advanced Excel & Tally 
• Must have excellent time management, organized and detail-oriented skills 
• Must be able to define and work to deadlines. 
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of database management & data warehousing. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Job Description:

                                 We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. • Understand project specifications and develop work planning schedule for projects.

• Prepare cash flow timeline for various projects.

• Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.

• Keep a track of time overrun and cost overrun.

• Keep a track of the project and flag short falls.

• Prepare plan for the Execution team.

• Coordination with site team to ensure smooth running of the project.

• Prepare micro plan.

• Preparation of Site Logistic Plan.

• Preparation of Master project Schedule

• Preparation of Cash flow.

• Resource Planning (Man, Material, Machinery)

• Schedule Tracking

• Preparing MIS Reports

• Preparing Delay Analysis, Hindrance report.

• Should be proficient in using Primavera(P6) & MS Project software.

• Should have good working knowledge of design, procurement and construction/ field services workflow processes.

• Should have the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in Pro-Services Cost Controls & Monitoring would be an added advantage.

Requirement

• Candidates working in the construction industry are preferred.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• E. / B.Tech Civil.

• Monitoring room sales and improving sales technique
• Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Handling inquiries and obtaining correct information regarding details of reservation
• Confirming and processing reservation requests
• Ensuring all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
• Overseeing accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes
• Keeping up to date rooms available for sale and any changes in hostel room rates
• Helping maximize room sales by upselling through different packages
• Maintaining and updating all room reservation transactions, room availabilities
• Handling group bookings as well as end to end reservations processes
• Working closely with Sales Front Desk, Marketing and other departments, to ensure guest requirements are met

• Experience in voice and email process both
• Background in handling reservation for Hotels/Travel/Tourism in BPO/Call Centre(Hospitality)
