Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, discretion, and time management, ensuring the MD’s professional life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Calendar & Schedule Management:
• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring time optimization.
• Set timely reminders for meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Administrative & Secretarial Support:
• Maintain to-do lists and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Handle email correspondence and phone calls as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans.
• Ensure the MD is briefed and ready for all engagements.
• Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure closure.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism:
• Handle all information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Be a point of contact for stakeholders and ensure a polished representation of the MD’s office.
• Ad Hoc & Special Assignments:
• Assist in personal and professional tasks as and when required.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the executive office dynamically.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or secretarial role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in training and Managing the team.
• Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.
• Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
• 3+ years knowledge in mobile app development.
• In depth understanding of front end languages like HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• In depth understanding of Object Oriented programming languages like Java and C++.
• Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion etc. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and been exposed to Scrum projects.
• Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties.
• Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability.
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
• Knowledge on riverpod is a plus.

• Role/Level: AR Analyst- Process Analyst (PA)/ Sr Process Analyst(SPA)
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred (do not submit profiles who’s salary expectation if above 4.6 LPA fixed)
• Experience: 1+ years(for PA)/2+ years (for SPA)

• Must have:

Accounts receivable, AR calling, Denial management.

Process: Voice.

• You will build an android app for the Saathi users (Teachers and students) to manage teacher classes and students’ studies.
• You will work on building features end to end with complete ownership, developing, testing, and deploying the core features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the Saathi app

• You have prior experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin or have a strong desire to shift to Kotlin.
• You have 2- 4 years of experience in android development.
• You have strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and know how to deal with different screen sizes
• You have proven work experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC
• You have familiarity with various testing tools
• You are good in pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• You can easily pick up new technologies and frameworks on the go. For you, engineering is about principles and practices; technology is about tools and tradeoffs.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and can map out the system design for a feature end to end and execute on it.
• You want to be involved actively in the product development process and can come up with out-of-the-box ideas for unique features.

Job Description:

• Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls).
• Reach out to new customers and explain to them about benefits of the Services/Product Offered.
• Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers
• Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.
