DSA Acquisition Manager - Mutual Fund product

Job Description:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and wealth products (e.g., loans, credit cards, MF, or other wealth product as and when promoted by the company).

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews of DSAs.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

- Drive DSA productivity and meet monthly acquisition targets.

- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to streamline onboarding.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize acquisition strategy.

This profile may also include travel as the person has to bring new DSA to us

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of experience in project management or a technical role.

2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

3. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

6. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

- Formulate and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to expand CPaaS business. -

Identify and cultivate new enterprise business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners. -

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

- Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.

Represent the company at industry forums and client engagements

7-10 years of progressive enterprise sales experience, preferably within CPaaS, telecom, or related technology sectors. -

Demonstrated success managing and achieving national-level revenue targets. -

In-depth understanding of CPaaS technologies, communication APIs, and enterprise solutions. -

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Job Description:

·       Strong written/verbal communication skills

·       Minimum 4-14 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork join pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·       Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

·       Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·       Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures
