Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance and investment solutions.

Explain product details, benefits, interests rates, and eligibility criteria  Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate financial solutions.

 Follow up with the leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

 Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI’S on a daily and monthly basis.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Boto3/Boto AWS libraries (Python).
• Solid experience with AWS services: EC2, ELB/ALB, CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with SRE practices and maintenance processes.
• Strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.

• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Manage daily activities and tasks for clients by Line Manager
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Responding to clients' requests as they arise in real time

• Coordinate with various internal teams to deliver Creative, Data Analytics, Tech and Operational Services
• Develop a relationship with clients and manage their expectations (Kudos if you can balance the two together!)
• Upsell! Always be on the lookout to identify opportunities and convert them to grow revenue
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals

• Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

• Lead the tech team on daily project development including legacy system refactor and new feature implementation
• At least 4+ years of people management experience.
• Design, build and maintain our trading systems that deal with trade matching, accounting, financial reporting, liquidity, and risk management.
• Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our trading systems.
• Liaise with business, product team members, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a team to design and build services that are highly scalable and robust.
• 5+ years of professional experience with at least one of the following languages: Go (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of multithreading, enterprise integration pattern, microservice.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Nice to have:

• Full-stack experience: knowledge of Javascript React, IOS and Android app development.
• Knowledge of Ethereum-like blockchains.
• Experience in crypto exchange development.
• Experience in building systems in the finance industry.

Knew advanced patterns as well Dynamic Components, Content Projection, Reactive Forms, ViewChild, ContentChild. Understood Observables and various operators demonstration of Design Skills ability to create the component and module hierarchy for a moderately complex application, along with their interactions
