Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end field recruitment activities by visiting local markets, community hubs, and other sourcing hotspots.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates through vendor networks, local references, community groups, and job portals.
• Develop and manage relationships with external hiring vendors and partners to increase candidate supply.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Travel extensively across assigned locations to source candidates and conduct on-ground hiring drives.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on sourcing progress and pipeline health.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local areas, key sourcing spots, and potential recruitment opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field recruitment for frontline or delivery/logistics roles.

✅ Strong vendor network and ability to generate leads through references, local connect, and community ties.

✅ Past experience with companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Delhivery, Zepto, Jio, Airtel or similar is mandatory.

✅ Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local travel.

About the Position

Our Expectations

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.

• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins. Experience of automating business processes with workflows

• Should be able to automate the CRM for converting the quote to order, which should be fetched from our websites or manual entry.

• Should be well versed with Email Router Configuration and Reporting Extensions

• Involve in numerous customizations as per the client requirements in both Rich and Enterprise portal developments to enhance the standard functionality of Sales, Project management, and Expense, Home, Timesheets, Purchase and Inventory modules. Performed unit testing and prepared unit test documents.

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)

  Minimum 3+ Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork joins pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).
