Technical Leadership: Define the data science roadmap and technical standards for the team.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from research to production.

Generative AI & LLMs: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows into company products, focusing on fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and cost-optimization.

Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leads to identify high-impact opportunities for predictive analytics and automation.

Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior and senior scientists, conducting peer reviews, and promoting continuous learning.

MLOps & Scalability: Ensure models are robust, interpretable, and scalable by collaborating with ML Engineers to implement CI/CD for ML (MLOps).

Data Governance & Ethics: Champion data privacy and ethical AI practices, ensuring models are free from bias and compliant with evolving global regulations

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.

● Implement robust solutions using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.

● Develop and optimize database operations with MySQL.

● Analyze and solve complex problems by applying knowledge of data structures and algorithms

Requirement -

Programming Languages & Technologies: Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, Java 8+).

● Frameworks: Proficiency in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. ● Algorithms and Data Structures: Good understanding and practical application of DSA concepts.

● Databases: Experience with MySQL – writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

● Version Control Systems: Experience with tools like Gi

Roles and Responsibility

Utilize design tools and processes to create new product design elements Participate in peer reviews of design work to evaluate design techniques and overall success in meeting the compelling user experience objectives Lead the enhancement the current design system containing our re-usable design elements and components, style guide, WCAG compliance standards, and developer instructions Work with team members of all levels to complete daily tasks, share design and development knowledge, follow-up and escalate issues appropriately, and recommend design and process enhancement Take part in user-centered design methods including user research & synthesis, exploration, story-telling, detailed design, journey mapping and prototyping Design and present findings to the business on 2 to 3 actionable items to enhance the customer experience Create and communicate your design and user experience insights to company leaders Document design notes, element construction, development processes, and other supporting materials Manage project plans, feature design and delivery Work alongside a UX Designer to conduct user research into how users work through data entry forms and obtain user feedback on existing designs that will help inform new design improvements

3. Conduct Training to partners and regional sales members regularly on current and new products and solutions.
4. To operate from Bangalore; Travel KA, AP-TS, TN & KL on regular basis and Support Regional Sales Members & Partners on Epson Products and Solutions.
5. Drive business as a product specialist by enabling the sales team
6. The candidate should have mid-level experience in IT solution designing, especially in networking with familiarity to security domain.
7. Good understanding of customer requirements and understanding of technical qualifications, solutions, compliances etc.
