Job Description

FOX is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering a top-notch recruitment experience. In this role, you will engage with interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide essential support to our recruitment team by assisting with interview coordination, maintaining data and ensuring a positive candidate & hiring manager experience. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, the talent acquisition team, and candidates will be crucial for success.

Snapshot of Your Responsibilities

●     Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to ensure a seamless process.

●     Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed of interview details.

●     Provide scheduling support for talent acquisition team meetings. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports

●     Maintain a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, striving for excellence.

●     Analyze recruitment data to derive valuable insights and contribute to process enhancement.

●     Develop and manage team documentation and sites for streamlined operations.

●     Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment coordination.

●     Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information about the company, position, and interview process.

●     Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

●     Support the recruitment team in coordinating pre-employment checks and reference checks for selected candidates.

What You Will Need

●     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

●     Previous internship or coursework related to human resources or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

●     Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel will be preferred.

●     Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday experience preferred but not mandatory.

●     Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

●     Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.

●     Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

●     Capability to assist with technical tasks such as updating google sheet and creating PowerPoint presentations.

●     Willingness to learn new programs as required.

●     Capacity to handle diverse workloads and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

●     Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●     Aptitude for recognizing and escalating pertinent issues, tasks, and requests.

●     Ability to interpret recruitment data effectively.

Job Title: Sales Agent

Requirements:

Candidate must have good experience in customer interaction in Sales, along with that they have a good knowledge of Tally Sales

• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning and monitoring tools, such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with application security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in incident handling and other related duties to support the information security function.
• The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Proposing and evaluating innovative solutions and ideas, and implementing them
• Creating detailed technical tasks list and providing technical guidance to the team
• Ensuring project requirements are delivered on time within budget and meeting quality objectives

What you need to have:

• 6 to 9 years experience as a website developer
• Experience in handling a team
• Good understanding of banking business processes
• Good knowledge of PHP, CSS, bootstrap, Angular 8 or above
• Knowledge of RDMS
• Hands-on experience in Javascript
• Good communication skills
