Job Title : Senior Software Engineer

Job Description :

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 Years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven experience as Java Developer with a strong focus on Spring and Spring Boot, Relational Databases and AWS technologies.
• Strong understanding of monolithic & microservices architecture. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications.
• Ensuring their performance, quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Develop and manage relational databases. Should be able to write complex SQL queries.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

● Have strong debugging skills to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

● Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS.

● Conduct code reviews and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

● Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 4 to 10 Years of experience in software development.

● Proficient in Java 8+, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases.

● Experience with microservices architecture.

● Understanding of Rest API design and development.

● Hands on experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito.

● Experience with version control systems such as Git.

● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices.

● Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

1.Plan and perform data migration into the new systems from the existing legacy ERP.

2.Should have working knowledge coding in C# with latest syntax of .Net.

• Should have sound knowledge around OOPS and aware of its applications - classes, interfaces, inheritence and composition
• Should have sound knowledge in SQL Queries.

3.Working knowledge in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations including workflows, plugins, custom workflow activities, javascript, sitemap/ribbon customizations,

4.Should have written C#/Javascript code to consume D365 APIs or any other APIs externally. Knowledge in SSIS/KWS, SCRIBE is an advantage.

• Should have experience in writing D365 Fetch-based reports.
• Sound functional knowledge in atleast 1or2 of Sales, Service and Marketing modules.
• Strong HTML5 an CSS skills is a must.

5.Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.

6.Core Skills: D365, CRM SDK, XRM Toolbox, Model Driven Power Apps and Power Automate

7.Train new users on the functionality of the CRM Platform

8.Conduct refresher courses on the usage of the platform

9.Maintain log of all changes done on the Platform.

Roles and Responsibilities;-

• Include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
• Designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems

Framework required – spring boot, Hibernate
Skills - Should have knowledge of JPA, js, Ajax

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable web services, APIs and backend data modules.
• Understand requirements and develop reusable code using design patterns & component architecture and write unit test cases
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to elicit and understand the requirements and develop solutions
• Stay current with latest tools, technology ideas and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision makers.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience writing multithreaded programs running in Java
• Experience on Java, Spring Boot,, Apache Nifi ,  workingDocker, EKS, Azkaban, Jenkins
• Experience with Git and build tools like Gradle/Maven/SBT.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
• Have elegant, readable, maintainable and extensible code style.
• Experience on AWS is preferable
• Knowledge on top algorithms like sorting, heap/stack, queue, search, etc.
• Familiarity with test-driven development
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ability to deliver code of quality quickly.
• Attention to details. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Lead in Java., Strong experience in design and implementation of high performing and highly scalable websites/applications
• Strong experience in Spring MVC framework and experience in design patterns, unit testing etc..
• Strong experience in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway and using tools such as Terraform, Ansible
• Strong experience in Endeca, ATG and BCC, Solr, any Headless CMS
• Considerable experience in databases such as SQL Server/Mongo DB is an added advantage
• Good experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React/VueJS is an added advantage
• Experience in Adobe AEM is an added advantage
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
