What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and scale high-performance, real-time applications across the entire stack.
• Design robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that power millions of users.
• Build fast, responsive, and polished user experiences with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Optimize databases, caching layers, and application architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, and mentor fellow engineers.
• Drive projects from concept to production with complete ownership.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to build impactful user experiences.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to maximize engineering productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend development.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architecture.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, indexing strategies, query optimization, and database internals.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with caching, asynchronous processing, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Strong attention to engineering quality, including latency, reliability, race conditions, bundle size, and user experience.
• Ability to balance speed with maintainability, making thoughtful engineering trade-offs.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a product mindset.

Note: We are looking for real, hands-on experience—not certifications or copy-paste portfolios. Selected candidates will be given a short real-world task to evaluate skills before interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Postgresql, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend systems
• Collaborate with designers and project managers for timely project delivery
• Optimize code for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications as needed
• Follow Git-based workflows for version control

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• React.js with hooks, context API, component architecture
• Node.js with Express.js
• MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design) & Postgresql
• API development and integration
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)
• Basic understanding of deployment (e.g., cPanel, Vercel, Heroku, or VPS)
• Git and GitHub for code versioning

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Redux or any other state management tools
• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Material UI
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, social logins)

• 8+ years of relevant front-end development experience, previous start up experience is highly desirable.
• Experience building, running, and debugging single-page apps in a modern JavaScript framework.
• Demonstrated knowledge of React, Redux and CSSAbility to work independently as well as cross-functionally with other engineering teams and product.
• Tech Lead / Management experience.

• Experience with full-stack development.
• Experience with building APIs using spring boot.
• Experience with front-end test frameworks (Jasmine/Mocha/Jest)
• Exposure to mobile platforms

•  Worked on Angular 4 and above.

•  Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable web apps
•  Designing and maintenance of fully functional large relational and
• non-relational databases
•  Server management and cloud-based infrastructure
•  Identification of application issues when deploying the apps
• App deployment on the cloud along with solving debugging issues
•  Coding architecture for frontend and backend
•  Collaboration with IT team, researchers, designers for designing robust apps and
• encouraging business goals
•  Creating features in apps that have a mobile responsive design
•  Testing applications and fixing bugs, along with security and data protection features
•  Establish code architecture decisions for supporting scalability and good features
•  Makes use of popular front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, LESS, etc and
• design UI components
•  Participation with developers for the creation of scalable RESTful APIs.
•  Conducting code reviews of peer developers.MUST HAVE:
•  Worked on Angular 4 and above.

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Build and deploy on to AWS
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
