As a part of Design Team, we work on products that empower Recruiters to increase their productivity. We own these projects from start to finish and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, product managers, content strategists, and researchers to deliver the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:

Create and communicate end to end user interface design specs, including high priority and high visibility complex interaction and dialog flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes

Single handedly drive designs and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to that project

Coordinate and plan with other functions, including identifying the appropriate UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints. Manage stakeholder expectations

Understand both the user behavior and the technology components (speech, natural language) that make for a natural, efficient, and reliable machine-to-human conversation

Support and contribute to the voice talent and persona definition process for different design situations

Conduct usability tests using prototypes and incorporate findings and usage data to refine the design

Develop design principles and style guides to be followed in a voice-first environment to create a consistent user experience

Work in a highly iterative and nimble environment with product managers, engineers, and recruiters to get your design shipped
Requirements:
-
Bachelors/Masters in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or any other related field
-
4+ years of experience as an experience designer for web/mobile or voice applications
-
Hands on experience with XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent programs)
-
Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, visual design, and Service design
-
Experience working cross-team while taking feedback from product management, engineering, business and marketing
-
Excellent problem solving skills along with deep empathy for users
-
Good experience in designing mobile interfaces and responsive desktop sites

Excellent written and communication skills
-
Fluency in English and Hindi. Added bonus if you know other Indian languages
Preferred Skills:

Experience with conversational product design

Creativity, logical thinking, solid design process and detailed design presentations

Familiarity with speech and natural language processing technologies

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement new designs
Optimise existing user interface designs
Test for intuitively and experience.
Understand the business problems and work closely with the UX team and take lead in converting wireframes into intuitive visual design experiences.
Working closely with product, business and design teams to improve the overall user experience.
Testing UIs and user flows after development.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in field.

As a UI/ UX Designer, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address the clients’ needs and help the company grow its customer base. You will work towards turning the company software into easy-to-use products for clients
What you will do:
Understanding our business requirements and any technical limitations
Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Taking a user-centred design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
What you need to have:
3+ years of experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or similar role
have a UI design portfolio
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related design discipline
UI UX Designer
Key Requirements
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- Proficient in Adobe XD or Figma
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
