Strong Senior Visual Designer Profile (B2B SaaS / Marketing & Brand Design)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Marketing Design roles (not UI/UX focused)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies, preferably in startup environments (0→1 and/or 1→100 journey) with exposure to building and scaling brand/design systems

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience designing marketing and brand collaterals end-to-end including website assets, social media creatives, sales decks, one-pagers, event collaterals, and campaign creatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales & Application Engineer to drive sales and provide technical support for both high-precision CNC metrology systems and advanced machining tooling. This role requires extensive travel to customer sites and strong collaboration with internal teams.

• Visit machining industries to promote and demonstrate a comprehensive range of products, including carbide inserts, holders, drills, taps, endmills, and high-precision machine probes, tool setters, and calibration systems.
• Understand customer machining operations and suggest suitable tooling and metrology solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct product demonstrations and cutting trials, validating performance for customers.
• Engage new customers, prepare and submit detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the Application and Service teams for trials and ongoing technical support.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and process parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand their requirements and design scalable, reliable, and efficient machine learning platform solutions.
• Building and maintaining the applications and infrastructure to support end-to-end machine learning workflows, including inference and continual training.
• Developing systems for the definition deployment and operation of the different phases of the machine learning and data life cycles.
• Working within Kubernetes to orchestrate and manage containers, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of applications.
• Documenting the platform's best practices, guidelines, and standard operating procedures and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:
