Here is what you will be doing 👇

• Will be responsible to design creatives for upcoming app events, collaterals, offline marketing, social media layouts
• Must be able to create a meaningful design keeping consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
• Would need to design creatives that denote functionality
• Be regularly updated on the latest design trends and share inputs on improving design tonality/ language for the brand
• Must assure timely delivery of all campaigns.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Coordinating with art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effects.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Someone who understands Brand Identity, Branding
• Bonus Points if has an understanding of animation on Aftereffects / Can make small basic videos and GIFs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After-effects, and other relevant software.

• Understand design specification and requirements.
• Develop a wide range of illustrations, vectors, graphics and layouts and other designs.
• Edit footage segments and combine the sequences of the clips for Social media platform.
• Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing.
• Discover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company’s efficiency.
• Manages timelines and prioritization of workload.
• Assist team in developing and executing communications plans.
• Provides technical support for design and video related efforts.
• Work effectively with the team members.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Video Editor, Video Specialist or similar role related to video editing and Graphic Designing
• Sound working knowledge on Adobe premiere pro, Sound Editing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw Software.
• Excellent Experience of using video editing tools.
• Good Time Management Skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
• Candidate must have Own laptop is mandatory along with will the supportive softwares
• Experience- 2 to 3 years

• Working closely with the Product Manager to create wireframes and visuals for web and app
• Conceptualizing and designing of merchandise

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and Figma

Job Role:

Working on UI/UX prototyping and designs on Adobe XD

Creating UI designs and UX on Adobe Design Suite

Designing the user flows and mock-ups based on product requirements

Working on a strong and varied set of product features and simplifying the user experience

Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

Build wireframes and storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to conceptualize design

Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions, and visual designs for mobile & desktop

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process

Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas, and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds

Research and track advancements in mobile and Web application design patterns

Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field
