What you will own

• Account-based marketing (ABM): manage and

improve IBC’s full BD pipeline from target

identification to outreach

• AI-powered workflows: build and iterate

automations for BD, marketing, and operations

• AI adoption: help the team integrate AI tools

into day-to-day work

• Working directly with delivery partners, clients,

and the founder on strategy

What we are looking for

• You build with AI you don't just use it. You've shipped

something real with Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, etc

• 1–3 years in a fast-moving environment startup, marketing,

or ops. Non-linear paths welcome.

• Engineering from a good institution

• Works independently, communicates clearly, comfortable

when systems don't exist yet.

• B2B marketing interest is a strong plus

• You've been the best, or close to it, at something you

genuinely cared about and it doesn't have to be academics.

A state-level athlete, a music or arts award, a debate etc

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team to help build and maintain our growing list of products. You should have prior experience being responsible for building sufficiently complex features by yourself.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement product features by writing clean, robust, reusable code with tests
• Conduct peer reviews to keep the codebase a great environment to work on
