Job Description:

We are looking for a senior user experience (UX) designer with 3+ years of experience to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive mobile products. They will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects which includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and testing them out with actual users. The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions, and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.

Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and user needs

- Create user personas, journey maps, and various other design artifacts

- Create prototypes of varying fidelity

- Communicate design solutions to key stakeholders

- Define and track key metrics related to user experience

- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts.

Skills and Requirements :

- Experienced with 2-4 years in Product Design/UX roles.

- Mandatory Bachelors / Masters Degree in Design

- Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio

- Experience in designing mobile and web applications

- Experience in understanding and mapping complex user journeys

- Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.

- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

You will work in engineering and development teams to integrate and develop cloud solutions and virtualized deployment of software as a service product. This will require understanding the software system architecture function as well as performance and security requirements. The DevOps Engineer is also expected to have expertise in available cloud solutions and services, administration of virtual machine clusters, performance tuning and configuration of cloud computing resources, the configuration of security, scripting and automation of monitoring functions. - The Product Development team within PayMate works with business to establish the overall strategy and priorities for the products and platforms. - Collaborate and work closely with our external processing partners and vendors in the launch and implementation of the processing platform for all markets and regions.

- Work with our processing partners to ensure the card processor's platform has features that are needed for the specific markets in question and where there are gaps to draft up the solution in conjunction with our partners and have that delivered in a timely manner

- This role would require the person to work across geographies, time zones, cultures and competencies as well as internal teams who might not be very familiar with global payments & its intricacies

- Be willing to get your hands dirty - from writing feature stories, drawing swim lane diagrams to running sprint meetings, you will do it all

- You would be required to articulate & justify your vision & strategy behind you roadmap to domain experts & leaders again & again in a crowded & evolving payment stage

- Dealing with engineers & architects to design new flows, adapt systems to new market innovations while maintaining integrity & scalability of the platform is vital

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :

- 5-7 years of experience in product management with 3 or more years in Payments background

- Strong customer centricity

- Ability to think creative and solve problem

- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.

- Prior experience at fast growing fintech / B2B startups will be preferable

- Highly adaptable and aware. Comfortable in an evolving and dynamic environment.
