Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6–10 years of experience in roles such as Ex-Founder’s Office / Ex-Customer Success / Ex-Sales / Ex-Program / customer-facing Ex-Product profiles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have direct external customer-facing experience, owning enterprise and/or mid-market customers, across post-sales, solutions, delivery, or customer success charters

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have worked in startup or operator-style environments — demonstrating hands-on problem solving, building processes from scratch, and driving measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have managed and led a team of 4+ members, with ownership of outcomes

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience scaling customer-facing functions (1→10 or 1→100 journeys)

Mandatory (Graduation): Only IIT candidates from Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati OR BITS Pilani (Pilani campus)

Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidates should have graduated in 2018 or before

Mandatory (Compensation): Candidate's current CTC should not be less than 35 LPA

Main tasks

• Test preparation (test design, creation of test specifications and test cases for regression tests and tests of new and further developments)
• Sprint-accompanying testing in the Scrum team
• Test evaluation / documentation of the test results
• Further development of existing test automation processes
• Close cooperation with the SOL business unit and the test departments at other locations

Qualification profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with an IT background
• Affinity and many years of experience in systematic testing of software products
• Excellent ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Practical knowledge of the application of test methods and quality management standards as well as test automation knowledge are advantageous
• Fluent in English

1. Develop and execute the company's content strategy, aligning it with business objectives and target audience.
2. Create and curate engaging and compelling content across assets, including packaging, ads, social media, blogs, product descriptions, website etc.
3. Ensure that the content produced reflects the appropriate tone, style, and messaging for the FMCG, Food, and Wellness industries
4. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and implement content strategies
5. Take ownership and lead the management of the company's LinkedIn page to drive brand awareness and engagement on the platform.
6. Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility and organic traffic.
7. Utilize market insights and data to identify content themes and topics that resonate with the target audience, and develop relevant content assets.
8. Explore and implement automation tools and AI technology to streamline content creation processes.
9. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content initiatives
10. Take overall responsibility for brand and company communication across various mediums and channels ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.

About Us:

We’re looking to hire someone to help scale Machine Learning and NLP efforts at Episource. You’ll work with the team that develops the models powering Episource’s product focused on NLP driven medical coding. Some of the problems include improving our ICD code recommendations , clinical named entity recognition and information extraction from clinical notes.

This is a role for highly technical engineers who combine outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to code up prototypes and productionalize using a large range of tools, frameworks, and languages. Most importantly they need to have the ability to autonomously plan and organize their work assignments based on high-level team goals.

What you will do at Episource:

You will be responsible for setting an agenda to develop and build machine learning platforms that positively impact the business, working with partners across the company including operations and engineering. You will be working closely with the machine learning team to design and implement back end components and services. You will be evaluating new technologies, enhancing the applications, and providing continuous improvements to produce high quality software.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in analytics, BI or data science deployments is preferable with 2-6 years of experience

• Knowledge of React/Vue, HTML, CSS

• Experience building and consuming APIs 

• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB and MEAN stack 

• Knowledge and experience with serverless architectures is a plus

• Hands-on experience with AWS or any major cloud service provider for deploying solutions

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes in deploying solutions on the cloud

• Hands-on experience Python, Apache Spark & Big Data platforms to manipulate large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

• Fluent in data fundamentals: SQL, data manipulation using a procedural language, statistics, experimentation, and modeling

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

• Knowledge of the quality assurance and testing concepts, methodologies, metrics, automated testing frameworks, and documentation standards.
• Should have knowledge/experience in creating Test Plans, Test scripts, Test cases.
• Collaborate well with others. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms.
• Preferred knowledge/understanding of different mobile operating systems (Android, iOS)
• Preferred knowledge/experience testing both front-end (GUI)and back-end (database query) applications                                                        
• Experience using Git / Github

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Shopify, Magento.
• Good knowledge of any PHP framework ( CodeIgniter and CakePHP )
• Hands-on experience one PHP framework
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write creative JDs and post/advertise them on various job portals.
• Review and understand technical job requirement and screen the candidates accordingly
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
• Research new technologies
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Follow up with candidates

Skills and Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (3+yrs)
• Knowledge on the technical know how, to screen the candidate initially.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
