You will work closely with marketing teams, project managers, and other creatives to bring video concepts to life and ensure our videos resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble video content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Translate marketing briefs and scripts into visually compelling video stories.
- Utilize professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
- Ensure smooth flow, pacing, and storytelling throughout the video.
- Maintain a high standard for video quality, including color correction, audio balancing, and formatting for different platforms.
- Manage and organize video files efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics / Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency .
- Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.

1. Performance Strategy & Ownership
Lead and oversee the full-funnel performance marketing plan across Meta, Google, DV360, Programmatic, YouTube, and Affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
2. Agency Coordination
Collaborate closely with the media agency to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Review media plans, performance reports, and optimization strategies regularly to ensure effective spend utilization and ROI.
3. Performance Metrics & Optimization
Track and manage key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV. Ensure budget efficiency and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, creative experiments, and audience refinement.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with merchandising, content, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with collection launches, key trading moments, and promotional priorities.
5. Vendor Evaluation & Onboarding
Identify and onboard new marketing vendors or technology partners that can deliver better performance outcomes, efficiency, and cost advantages. Continuously evaluate vendor performance to ensure value delivery.
6. Insights & Reporting
