Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot agents and agentic workflows in Copilot Studio
• Develop integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and REST/APIs
• Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems: Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, TM1, etc.
• Implement data mapping, transformations, and workflow logic as per architecture
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert design instructions into working solutions
• Write scripts in PowerShell / Python / C# / JavaScript

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Agent implementation in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps 
• Experience with M365, Dynamics, Azure services
• REST API integration, OAuth2, Azure AD (Entra ID) authentication

Description

We are looking for Senior Data Engineers to join our Data Platform team and build scalable, high-performance data platforms that power data processing, analytics, and downstream applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in distributed data processing, ETL pipelines, and Big Data technologies, with hands-on expertise in Apache Spark and Python Scala.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build reliable, production-grade data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL and data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets.
• Build and optimize distributed data applications using Apache Spark and Python Scala.
• Develop reliable, high-performance data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads.
• Design and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Build and operate data workloads on AWS, with strong usage of Amazon S3 for large-scale data storage.
• Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and other platform teams to deliver robust data solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve platform performance.

Requirements

Candidates who demonstrate:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Scala.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly Amazon S3.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of distributed data processing concepts.
• Experience working with batch and/or streaming data pipelines.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Databricks and the broader Databricks data platform.
• Familiarity with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka.
• Experience working on large-scale data platforms handling high-volume data workloads.
• Exposure to additional AWS data services and cloud-native data architectures.

• Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation in Angular, Java,Spring MVC, JPA. Spring Boot, REST API, Database, and CI/CD pipelines, Playwright
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and Java Spring Boot (back-end). * At least 3 years of Hand-on Java EE and Core Java experience with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with Web Service development, REST and Services Oriented Architecture.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration.
• Working knowledge of Databases including Design, SQL proficiency.
• Strong experience with frameworks used for development and automated testing like SpringBoot, Junit, BDD etc.
• Experience with Unix/Linux Operating System and Basic Linux Commands.

Note:

This is a field sales role involving regular customer interactions, site visits, and travel.

• Design, build and deploy effective SSIS packages to validate, synthesize, transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics
• Understand platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various planning use cases
• Review and analyse the data provided by customers along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies
• Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering and making recommendations on best practices, in case of inaccurate or missing data

• Experience working with community version PostgreSQL version 13 (or higher)

• Familiarity with streaming and logical replication, HA, Backup and Recovery and Maintenance utilities including setup, configuration and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• 5+ years of PostgreSQL DBA experience

Our software developer for full stack role would be required to constantly work on building new features as per discussion with the product team.

Our front end code base is in Angular while the backend code base is in Python-Django.

Pre-requisites

• Expert level knowledge of Angular and Javascript
• Intermediate level knowledge of Python
