Mandatory Skills :

Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutions that meet our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

● Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

● Responsible for key technical and product decisions.

● The candidate should be hands-on in coding Work closely with the Product Manager and clients and help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.

● Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications and procedures.

● Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

● Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

● Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planning meetings.

Development of web applications and modules

Drafting ReactJS front ends components based on provided mock-ups.

Write and execute unit tests

Responsibilities:

• Design and build beautiful UI using the Angular framework
• Work closely with the UX and visual design team to build a highly engaging UI that predicts and exceeds user expectations
• Work closely with product management team to understand user needs; participate in process definition and technology selection to ensure appropriate testing of UIs
• Develop the UI using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to create great product experiences
• Build RESTful APIs that interface with the Cohesity backend systems
• Develop and Debug end to end from UI to the backend

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building high performance consumer web applications or services.

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using MEAN stack and have at

• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge of Nodejs and Mongo DB.
• Working knowledge of RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of Angular js.
