Job Title: Performance Marketer
Role Summary: We are looking for a data-driven creative problem solver who understands Bharat audiences deeply—small towns, Tier 2/3/4 behavior, local culture, emotions and purchase psychology. You will lead ad creative strategy, performance marketing experiments, user funnel optimization, and growth execution across Meta, Google & short-video platforms.
