Mandatory (Experience 1): 2+ YOE as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer in a tech or product startup environment

Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong hands-on experience in UI, Interaction Designs, Wire-framing, prototyping and Visual Designs

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working on 0→1 products or major feature launches (Startup experience)

Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must be highly proficient in Figma – creating UI from scratch, including detailed wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes

Mandatory (Core Skill 2): Strong understanding of UI principles, usability heuristics, design systems, typography, and color theory – with demonstrated UI finesse

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio with case-studies of B2C or B2B SaaS Product Designs — must show deep product thinking, visual execution quality, and examples of end-to-end work flow development.

Mandatory (Company): Well-Funded B2B SaaS or B2C Products (must be clearly reflected in portfolio and work experience).

Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, journal entries, vouchers)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with CA

Assist in audits and provide required financial data

Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced hybrid mobile applications using React Native
• Lead the application development effort by being the SPOC
• Build hybrid apps using React Native for Android/iOS
• Publish apps to the corresponding App store/Play store
• Implement new technologies to maximize application performance and optimize load time
• Collaborate with the back-end developer to build the RESTful APIs
• Research on emerging technologies and trends
• Participate in the planning and design of future software and technical architectures

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience in the full life cycle of Hybrid mobile application development including publishing one or more apps to the play store & app store
• Must have developed a Hybrid Mobile application using React. Hands-on Working experience with React Native is a must.
• Experience developing backend services preferably with NodeJS.
• Experience in developing apps on native Android/iOS platforms is a plus
• Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• Strong skills in RESTful web services
• Experience with Agile methodologies would be helpful

Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters or Ph. D. in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative/engineering fields.
• Strong understanding of analysis of algorithms, data structures and statistics.
• Solid programming experience. Including being able to quickly prototype an idea and test it out.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability and willingness to explain complicated algorithms and concepts in simple terms.
• Experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building data heavy analytical models in the travel industry.
• Experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Experience developing dynamic pricing models.
• Prior experience working at a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to wear many hats.
