Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven LinkedIn Community Manager to build, manage, and scale our B2B presence in the UAE market.

- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy targeting UAE corporate audiences

2️⃣ Content Creation & Personal Branding
- Create high-quality posts (carousels, thought leadership, case studies, insights)
- Manage Founder / Leadership LinkedIn branding (ghostwriting & optimization)
- Publish UAE-focused workforce insights & certification impact stories
- Repurpose webinars, client testimonials & reports into engaging content
3️⃣ Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Engage with UAE HR, L&D & CXO-level professionals
- Manage comments and DMs professionally
- Nurture inbound leads and coordinate with Enterprise Sales team
- Build relationships within UAE professional groups and communities
4️⃣ Lead Support & Pipeline Contribution
- Identify and warm up potential corporate prospects
